Pullman Good Food Co-op Update February 2025 Happy New Year, Pullman Good Food Co-op Member/Owners! As we continue into 2025, and make moves that will secure a future location for a food co-op in Pullman, we're excited and energized about what's to come for our community. But PGFC needs your help to make it a reality.
With PGFC Board of Directors elections coming up this Spring, we have several vacancies that we need to get filled to guide the food co-op toward its future location. Can we count on you? Let us know via our Volunteer page, and let's chat!
We hope you'll join us and a wide variety of vendors for the next Pullman Winter Farmers Market on Feb. 16 from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. at Lumberyard. Come say hi!
Yours in co-operation, Andy Jacobs, PGFC Board Chair/Treasurer Rick Edge AlyssaMarie Link Matt Smylie, Secretary ![]() Market Monday is Coming! We’re thrilled to announce that during the month of March, Pullman Good Food Co-op members will have an exclusive opportunity to purchase local produce, meat, and other goods online; and then pick up their order in Downtown Pullman each Monday.
As a new twist on a farmers’ market, PGFC members will have access to an online portal where you can select from a wide variety of locally grown products from the Pullman/Moscow area, Lewiston/Clarkston area, and everywhere in-between. And by providing local farmers/producers with online orders days in advance, you'll help them optimize their production and minimize their time off the farm. Orders purchased by Noon on Fridays throughout March, will be available for pick-up the following Monday from 4-6 p.m. at Terracotta Pullman in Downtown Pullman.
This is a pilot program in cooperation with the LC Valley Food Project to determine the Pullman community’s interest and support for a service like this, so we need your support! If you know someone who would be interested in participating in Market Monday but isn’t yet a PGFC member, encourage them to become one at https://www.pullmangoodfoodcoop.com/membership today!
You'll get a follow-up email from us later this month with more specifics, but we’re excited to be bringing this innovative opportunity to both PGFC members and the local farmers/producers that you’ll be supporting directly. If you have any questions about Market Monday, or would like to volunteer your time on Monday afternoons to box up the orders, reach out to us at hello@pullmangoodfoodcoop.com
